By accessing or using our website, products, tools (including the StackIQ platform and Savings Calculator), or services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Use of Services

You may use our Services only in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or related systems
  • Reverse-engineer, modify, or resell any of our proprietary tools or content
  • Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information when using the Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

1.1 Third-Party Integrations

Our Services allow you to connect third-party accounts (including but not limited to Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Okta, and ServiceNow) using OAuth 2.0 authentication or API credentials. By authorizing these connections, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the legal authority to grant StackIQ access to the requested data from your third-party accounts
  • You understand that we will access only the data explicitly authorized by you through the OAuth consent process or API credential configuration
  • You are responsible for managing, monitoring, and revoking these integration connections
  • You acknowledge that third-party service providers may change their APIs, terms of service, or availability at any time

Scope of Access: For each OAuth integration, you will be presented with a consent screen showing exactly what data we are requesting to access. We only request read-only permissions and will never modify, delete, or write data to your connected third-party accounts without explicit additional authorization.

Your Control: You can manage and revoke third-party integrations at any time through:

  • Your StackIQ dashboard integration settings
  • The third-party provider's account security or connected apps settings
  • Contacting our support team at support@gosolutioneers.com

Limitations of Liability: We are not responsible for any changes, interruptions, or discontinuation of third-party services, APIs, or data availability. We do not guarantee that third-party integrations will remain available or functional indefinitely.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, tools (including StackIQ), data, visuals, and software on this website or provided through our Services are the intellectual property of Solutioneers Inc. or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

3. Client Submissions and Confidentiality

If you submit company data (e.g., tech stack details, cloud usage, organizational information) to us for the purposes of analysis or engagement, you confirm that:

  • You are authorized to provide such data
  • The information is accurate to the best of your knowledge
  • You acknowledge that we will treat the data confidentially and use it solely to perform agreed-upon services

4. Performance-Based Pricing

Some of our services operate under a performance-based pricing model. Specific terms, fees, and scope of work will be governed by a separate written agreement (e.g., Master Services Agreement or Statement of Work) between you and Solutioneers. Unless such an agreement is in place, nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer.

5. No Guarantees or Warranties

While we strive to provide accurate insights and recommendations, our Services are provided "as-is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind—express or implied. Solutioneers does not guarantee specific financial outcomes, cost savings, or performance results.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solutioneers Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) our Services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for the Services over the past 12 months.

7. Modifications to the Services or Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Services (or portions of them) at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Seattle, Washington.
